1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase or delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@elementworx.us or 636-575-2211 with your order number and a description of the item(s) you wish to return.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.

Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories, documentation, and proof of purchase. Include the Return Authorization Number (RAN) on the outside of the package. You will be responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our return policy, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 30 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item. We recommend contacting us before processing the return to ensure that your desired exchange item is available.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@elementworx.us with a description of the damage and, if possible, include photos. We will offer a replacement or refund based on your preference, and we will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
7. Return Shipping Costs
For returns not related to a damaged or incorrect item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
8. Exemptions
In some cases, we may offer a store credit or exchange instead of a refund. Please contact us for more details if you would like to explore this option.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
